On a whole, the Reds early inning approach at the plate in this series has been atrocious, particularly against a guy who had the control issues Westbrook had in his first start.

    Great play there by Frazier.

14 pitches through 2 for Homer. These guys are swinging on both sides.

Cards being equally hacktastic. Homer through 2 in 14 pitches.

Cards on that quick schedule too. Scoreless after two.

Web gem. At their respective ages, Frazier is a far superior defender than Rolen because of his speed and agility.

Not sure if I'd go that far. But I don't miss Rolen one bit. Frazier has looked much improved out there so far.

    Hopefully Homer's bunting has improved.

Rolen had zero range last year. No prayer he gets that ball.

Whew - I think Westbrook might have gotten Izturius if he went to 2nd.
