Votto has a "good game" every game practically, but it's not MVP good, or 3 hole good, it's maybe Ichiro lead off good - with really bad running. He's playing his way up the batting order if you ask me, just 6-7 years before I'd hoped.
It may be his knee. Or his swing. Or the fact that his favorite barista is on vacation and he isn't getting the proper treatment at his local coffeehouse. Whatever it is, something may be off. I'm not totally worried, but we might be at DEFCON 4.

I'm not in the "something's wrong with Votto camp" yet. His OBP is amazing. He's defense is amazing, which makes me think his knee isn't the problem necessarily. And all those walks shows his eye is working just fine. I'm more confused by his weak swing. It looks like he's putting no power in that swing.

So Joey hit a HR and stole a base (in which I'm assuming he slid into 2nd) today. Hopefully it goes a long way towards his being back at 100% physically and mentally.
