I'd rather listen to Kelch read the phone book than suffer through Thom Brennaman's attempt to make every instance on the field the most important event since the discovery of manned space flight. -westofyou

Thanks, I may miss a few weeks later on, but I'll try to do these every ten games.

Up front, very early, the offensive numbers look ok, except for the team Ks. Heisey's K rate cannot continue or he'll have to go back to the bench.

The pitching has been spotty. On the good side, the top guys - Cueto, Latos, and the three best relievers (mostly Brox and Chappy) have been just fine.

On the bad side, the three other starters and some of the middle relievers haven't done well.

One thought I've had is Frazier in LF and Hannahan at 3B. I may start a thread on this. Hannahan is a tremendous defender at third, would give the Reds an amazing defensive infield.
