No team is going to win with 1 player in the lineup (Choo) consistently hitting. Votto draws a lot of walks but other than those two they are getting nothing. Frazier started off hot but he has not had a hit in several days either. Cozart had a good game but in general the lineup is just lost.
One of the most frustrating games I can recall. Thank goodness it's over. I am worse for having witnessed it.

At least we are not Angels fans.
While it sucks Cueto is hurt, the Reds would have lost tonight had he not gotten hurt.
"Man, the pitch looks fast, even in slow motion." Thom Brennaman on Chapman's fastball.
Without Ludwick and JC this is a .500 team. Which is good enough for 2nd in the Central but not much hope for the post season.
Yep. Need to get some hits bad.
Forget about today, let's get 'em tomorrow.
This is the day of the expanding man...
Yeah, Heisey and Cozart gotta at least try to hit a ground ball to the right side of the infield today. They're not good enough hitters to be free swingers with a runner on 2nd and no outs. The hitting w/RISP tonight was frustrating but that could just be one of those nights.
But yeah, those two at bats stuck out as the most frustrating of the night just because of the entire situation.
Good first week, bad second week.
This offense, right now, just is not fun to watch. It didn't help either having BP out of the lineup.
OK, lets get back on track!
We went 4-6 last year in the first 10 games.

"panic" only comes from having real expectations
