Oh, c'mon now. This is nothing compared to just the LDS implosion last year.

I agree with the too-must-hysteria on the board crowd here.

Totally fair and right to critique manager and player performance today. Neither did well and that does happen.

But it is April. And we do have a very good team even if they aren't showing it right now. There's real reason to tear hair out today and to be optimistic about the road ahead.

This invalidates your entire point. Last April was a little rough as well. How soon people forget.

I was going to say, this week and this game specifically are eerily reminiscent of The Lost Decade.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

10 runs in two innings, that is fantastic, high fives all around.

In the final analysis, this team can be undone by injuries. That's the biggest issue right now. Not this series, not Dusty, not Broxton.

Two main relievers are out. The cleanup hitter is out. The number one starter may be out.

These are the big issues for the team. They are serious. They impacted this game.

LOL, they finally pitched to Votto and he lost one in the right field seats.

There are 3 guarantees in life; death, taxes, and the leadoff walk coming around to score.
