Yep. Let Arroyo start the inning. Someone gets one, go to the pen.

Chapman is limited to 3 outs only according to Dusty

Why does Dusty consistently leave Arroyo in one batter too long? You would think that he would learn...

I rarely go this far but with that the case, that's poor managing.

What's the point of having Chapman on the roster?

To use one of the most dominant pitchers alive for only 60 innings a year, duh.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Just don't let him face a left handed batter in a big spot.

Either A) You pitch around Utley or B) You bring in Chapman four a four out save and double switch, bringing Paul into the game. Folks, this ain't rocket science.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

It would be cool if a guy named Robinson, wearing #42, scored the winning run tonight

    Re: 4.15.13 Philles at Reds

As I said a day or two ago, you have to get Arroyo out of there after 6- (rarely) 7 innings and go to your bullpen. Once again, leaving a pitcher in too long. Phillips is mad and so am I. Dusty (or Price or both) are on a roll this year. Now he gets Chapman up. Wow.
