How about Reds score a couple of runs and then a rainstorm until tomorrow?

One run here PLZ, then either we'll get rain or bailey will mow them down until they submit.

Its the least that could happen after the Cardinals got a bad start washed away by the rain.

Not a very inspiring at bat for XPaul. Hope he can be more selective than that. Swung at everything then ultimately K'd.

Lefty, righty, whatever, not a very good at bat.

so, yeah, 5 straight games for Philly w/o a run in the first 5 innings. Both teams are offensively slumping right now, that's kinda why these games don't have the same flair that was referenced earlier

Who bets Bailey gets a base hit?
There are only two seasons - Winter and Baseball.

nice AB right there for Hanigan.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
