I agree with Chapman here. Reds have Cozart, Votto, and Phillips up this inning. Go for the win in 9 innings.

Considering it's not murderers row coming up for the Phillies in the 9th, would you save Chappy for the meat of the order?

He's less than a month removed from spring training where he was pitching multiple innings. He could handle 2 or more here IMO.
