"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

MVP Phillips knocks in the run.

    If not, maybe RBI king.

Howard was standing in the middle of the basepath and Cozart almost ran him over. He should've been awarded 3rd base. Poor umpiring job there.
I may not be fast, but I sure am slow.

That was an ugly play by Brown in LF.

1st pitch was way better but Joey says no, I don't like it. Then dribbles a bad pitch to 2nd. But BP comes through again.

Ryan Howard is never in danger of being run over.

Why can't that ball just fall in after the original misplay.

I may have missed this answer somewhere else, but has automatic loading of posts been disabled while server issues get figured out?

Yea, but it was a ground rule 2b so he would of had to return.

Leake pitching well, but several routine fly balls. Would rather see Mike throwing grounders.
