    Joey has, quite possibly, the best eye in baseball, but these last few games you can tell that umpires are respecting him the way they respect veteran pitchers and don't really call anything borderline a strike.

    What kills me is that the Reds hitters love fastballs. I'm really surprised someone hasn't gotten a hold of one by now. Seems like Bruce was close.

    The kid seems enamored with his fastball. I think it will catch up to him at some point. Atleast I hope.
