You can't key in on Fernandez's fastball though like you can Cingrani's. Fernandez has a breaking pitch straight from hell. Even if he doesn't throw it often, it's in the back of the hitter's mind.

    Reds trade Chapman for Fernandez.

Never happen. Loria likes 'em cheap. And this guy just happens to be really good too.

Votto currently is trailing the ENTIRE Phillies team in Base on Balls by 10. He may catch them by the end of this series.

Reds hitters should simply sit on the fastball.

It's been like, what, 3 whole innings.

He's given up 2 HR's in his minor league career. It's not too shocking he's made it through 3 innings without giving up another.

Easier said than done. You're not that impressed with Fernandez? I think the guy has shades of Felix Hernandez in that right arm.

Had him 1-2, went 3-2 and Ruggiano crushed it. Can't continue putting hitters in hitters counts every time.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

Definitely, with a little something extra to him. Kid has some serious swagger at a young age.

We are going to need some BP magic or several runs to pull this one out.
