Agree w most of the thread. With a few doubles, or a league leading amount, is the only thing missing. Nice to see him tattoo a ball today

It sure seems to work that way a lot of times. Maybe with Choo on board now we won't see as much of that.

I'm going to assume we'll see this thread fall off the front page fairly quickly. Hehehe.

Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner

No concern that that fourth hit was on ball four?

No......because I missed the fourth one. I was helping my wife organize our outbuilding and sneaking looks at the game. I missed the game after the ninth inning and caught the box score later.

So, can we stop worrying about Votto and start worrying about Bruce? he has 0 homeruns still. :-)

It's time for the usual suspects to fire up another thread on Jay, isn't it?

Re: Anyone else becoming concerned with Votto

I recommend "RANDY IN INDY" (all caps for effect, please) to start a thread each time a Reds' player is "slumping." This will make us World Series locks for sure.

(Quotation marks used because no one with an OPS of .900 is really slumping, regardless of their HRs or RBIs.)

Sorry. But that sounds somewhat sexual.
