    Question for the statisticians

With Joey at #1 in the league in OBP (.517) and Choo at #2 (.494), I was wondering what the top OBPs for a single season in Reds history are? Does Joey already hold the top spot?

Reggie Taylor and Tom Lawless would have to be somewhere in the Top 500.

Votto had a .474 last year, and led the league

Unless you count last season (.474) I doubt it. Last season though is good for 60th all time. The problem is that pitching is trending upwards and improving all the time. It's a lot harder to get an OBP as high as it used to be.

For example the highest non-Votto OBP last year was Joe Mauer with .416.

Votto didn't have enough PAs to qualify for the "record" in 2012. OBP was awesome though.
