    Hopefully Cozart is out just as a precautionary measure. I read the x-ray on his finger didn't show any breaks or fractures.

    -nice to see paul getting a start. heisey to date has not seized his opportunity.

    -i get the feeling that hannahan will start once a week or so.

    -hope mez capitalizes on his extended playing time

    There is no break but he has no feeling in the tip of his finger today which makes fielding hard so he will probably be out at least a few games.

    Bailey threw 2 great breaking balls, came up and in with a fastball to change the eye level, and then K'd him on a split. Nasty

    Joe Mahoney is the Marlins cleanup hitter.

    He's a 26 year old career minor league who had a .708 OPS in AAA last season.
