The best time to re-sign a player is when you want it less than he does.

Jay Bruce will hit 30 homers this year, but in this at-bat he'll strike out.

Don Drysdale vs. Shin-Soo Choo: Who wins?

Adam Dunn's career might have turned out differently if he'd had Joey Votto in front of him and Brandon Phillips behind him.

At the time, Red Sox fans booed Ted Williams.

Jean Segura stealing first might actually have been a brilliant reaction to a bad call.

Giancarlo Stanton played right field like we feared Choo would play center.

There was a time when Reds fans envied the Marlins: Once every five years.

2, 4, and 7 are my favorites. The thing is about Adam Dunn is that we'd still have to deal with his questionable fielding.

Darnit BCubb, you shouldn't waste time thinking abot impossible things. Dunn couldn't have batted behind Votto as that would require to lefty's batting back to back.

    Good as always

In my scenario, Dave Miley is still the manager.
