Glad Cozart is back in already.

Heisey isn't as bad as his start, he will pop off soon.

    Bruce as well.

I like what Mez is doing with the bat. Slowing things down and just getting base hits, not HR happy.

Surprised Cozart is back already. I thought I read he'd miss "a few" games.

    Leake vs. Wood

Besides being a twelve year old's most giggle worthy matchup, it's a matchup of teammates who battled for the same spot in the Reds rotation in spring 2010.

Btw, not nearly as giggle worthy as the Cardinal's bullpen in 1979. Lefty/righty set up men John Urrea and Kim Seaman.

We need to figure out a way for Heisey to pinch hit three or four times a game.

Dick Trickle wishes he was a ML pitcher right now, rather than a retired stock car driver.

Wow. Dick Trickle is from my hometown in northern Wisconsin. (As is Dave Marcus). Been watching him race all my life, and I never thought about his name until your post. Go figure.

I hope it isn't one of those "Former Reds #5 pitches like an Ace" nights.

    Twin killing would be great

Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

I have a ba feeling the Reds offense doesn't make an appearance tonight. They could really use a big game from Jay. He has had some impressive ABs and an often improved approach at the plats, but Choo-Phillips-Frazier-Votto have carried the team offensively for the most part.

I heard that Randy Johnson will be guest commentating. He thinks highly of Wood but could go without a Leake.

Johnny Dickshot thinks these jokes are really immature.

Too bad the game didn't start at 11 am. We could be discussing which is better; a morning Leake or a morning Wood.
