Why give up an out when Leake hits better than half of the team? Missed sign or Dusty saying "Oh, it's the pitcher..I bunt here"

Cozart decided that it was time for the inning to be over.

It's ok...I think Votto's seen enough. He's going to blast one into the upper deck. Or he's going to take an upper-decker after the at-bat...I always get those two confused.
I see great things in baseball. It's our game.

Would love to see what Mes could do in the 2 hole. Cozart has no place there, despite the SSS numbers that say otherwise.

Actually, Cozart's all around numbers hitting second are pretty good. His numbers hitting seventh are poor.

His LOB in his last two games are 9 and counting.

now what was the rush to get cozart back in the lineup and in the 2 hole?
cozart and heisey can both look good at times but really awful other times. neither is consistent...

Against righties, hopefully XPaul will hit second mostly.

Against lefties it's either Cozart or Heisey. I'll take Cozart but not with great enthusiasm.

If Reds had a good LF platoon hitting right handed, that would help.

Maybe Derrick Robinson should hit second against LHP and just bunt all the time. Not really joking.

Considering how often Choo is on base in front of him, to be fair...he should have more LOB chances than most.

Leake has to keep them close..can't allow more runs.

    Yessirree! That'll work.

Ugly throw by Frazier. Quick...but ugly. Great play by Brandon though.

I hate Mesoraco's mechanics behind the dish. Just sloppy. Too much stationary feet and reaching for the ball. If he keeps that up he's going to have a TON of passed balls.
