It makes a huge difference where it's grown. Just know that Capsiacin, the stuff that makes it hot, scores at 16,000,000 Scoville units, while dragon ranges from 500K to 1 mill. Trust me, this kinkda stuff was often talked about when I grew up, as my dad researched peppers...even has two named after him.We are "testing" the Volcano Dust Level 4 (no listed on site) at work right now....
