Anytime you give Lance Lynn 4 runs, you're probably going to lose.

Oh well, 1-2 at St Louis isn't the death knell.
    We're still in the race.
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

And that's not a problem confined to the last two series. They haven't hit all month, they strike out far too much, they don't hit with RISP, they have black holes at multiple positions (including LF, SS, C and a lot of time RF), the bench is comically inept, the cupboard is bare in louisville ... Honestly. Put down the kool aid. There are no series with the Astros any time soon to get healthy on.
I will be glad to listen to well reasoned arguments when you produce them rather than blathering Brennemanesque cliches.

If the Reds pitching continues to throw the way they have been throwing, Reds' fans should feel very good about this team's chances of reaching the postseason. I, personally, think the offense is overrated. But they certainly are better than they have shown in this past stretch.

Let's hope they are because right now they are not a very product (pitching excluded)

They are also worst in the league in stolen base % - 8 up & 8 down - if that is worth anything is another debate.
The older I get - the better I was

and yes - I hate the Cardinals (Reds fan since 1958)

    I miss Raisor
