Ironically, "ironic" is probably the most misused word in the English language.
[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob

It was NOT rosin. It looked exactly like vasaline would look. Or just a really sweaty forearm.

4-0 Reds! Double into the LF corner by Devin!

If Randy Johnson was on the mound, I would say the odds are pretty good.

I wasn't saying it wasn't rosin. I am just making a generic statement that allowing pitchers to put rosin on their forearms is asking for trouble.

Why are the seagulls more interesting than a 4-0 Reds lead to our announcers?

Unfortunately, that might be a bannable offense here. It had a Cub logo on it.

Marty: "And they're going to pitch to Izturis even though a better hitter is waiting on deck, and there ain't no doubt about that."

    Poor ol' Izturis.
Rounding third and heading for home...

In case anyone missed it. Practical joke on A.J. Burnett with a rosin bag.
