4-run lead, Broxton is out there throwing a curve ball on his first pitch. Jeez. Never seen a supposed power pitcher nibble like this guy. Get out there and throw your heater and get guys out. Don't try and be cute when you have power stuff in that situation. I guarantee Walt's biggest regret during the offseason is re-signing him to that absurd deal that pays him on average $7 million per season for the next 3 years.

To be fair, that pitch was called by the dugout and sent to him by Mesoraco...he just didn't shake it off.

Lets see how he throws this inning before jumping on him for 1 pitch. I like some unpredictability.

Nice to see Hanigan in the dugout. Wonder when he'll be back.

C'mon you know me better than that. It's obviously not about this one pitch. I've seen a pattern with Broxton all season that I strongly dislike. He nibbles like crazy. He has the stuff to not have to pitch like that. We're not talking about a Bronson Arroyo type, ya know? Just want to see a 300-pound reliever with power stuff be a tad more aggressive. OK, a hell of a lot more aggressive. (Which, to his credit, he was for the remainder of that last inning.)

To this point I'd be surprised if there were many guys playing a better 3B than Todd. I'm thrilled.

Frazier has improved defensively this year. He makes his money hitting for power, which is fine. Wish he hit a few more singles, but he's young yet.
