    Well, that wasn't real good.

So you have the division leaders down as a "not good" team, but you bemoan the Reds who are arguably well constructed and 1.5 games out of the WC and division lead and say they are "not good" too. Who is good?

Pirates will be below .500 at the end of the season. The Reds aren't playing like a very good team at the moment. They have the talent to be a great team, I predicted them to win close to 100 games. Right now, they're not playing well. You disagree with that?

    Please, no more Corky.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I love the guy, but Corky Miller isn't a major leaguer.

Yep. I think Cingrani's around 60 already. I like our odds in a BP contest.

Is Chapman even available today? He threw an awful lot of pitches yesterday. (stress the word awful *grin*)

We need to get at least a little offense from the lower part of the line up.

    Goalposts shifted.

    They are not playing well.

But they are a good team.

Paul won't get another pitch to hit unless runner on first. Miller is an auto out. Why pitch to Paul?

Who else is ready? Is Tucker Barnheart ready yet?

Corky IS solid defensively, I don't think anybody can argue that.

You can't just change your argument in the middle of a debate.

Who IS the catcher in Louisville now with Corky up here? It got me thinking once I mentioned Tucker. He's still in AA, right?
