I don't have the skills that fordman has been displaying, but I've been doing custom "fun cards" for years. I just did a 1984 Topps Tony Cingrani today and posted it on my blog.
There are several others, mostly Reds but a handful on non-Reds...just click on my "fun cards" tag on my blog to see them all.
