    Could not disagree (respectfully) more.

If I were Walt Jocketty I would bring up Soto to hit against lefties off the bench.

And as soon as Hanigan comes back, I'd send Mesoraco to AAA until the All Star Break.

I just can't watch Mes anymore. The upside is a walk or a single. The downside is the usual out.

Cespedes came back and immediately cranked a home run. He's such an exciting player. Good for the game.

I've got to admit, you made me laugh out loud. I remember this same statement from last year...or something eerily similar. As for W/L, I think the team turned out to be fun to watch/easy to like.

And I think some of this stuff comes from the fact that we get to watch every single pitch these days. Most clubs are talking about the same issues and same holes in their lineups as we are.

Yes....except the team our team is trying to fight for the division. The baseball version of the Steelers and Ravens...IMO.

Nice read off the bat there by Jay. Great jump.

I'm probably a bigger Reds fan than any of you. Got our first color TV for the '75 Playoffs.

This team is not clutch. That's what is frustrating.

And the wasted starting pitching adds to that frustration.

He has to see a RH bench player is needed or that Felix Perez is more ready than Lutz is?
Then again.....he never seemed to figure out last year that Cairo and Valdez were black holes.
