    Matt Kemp = CLASS ACT

Not sure if this should go here since he's not a Red, but this gesture is about as classy as it gets.

I was just coming on to post this -- there's something incredibly touching about the fact that he goes from just signing a baseball to literally giving the kid the shirt off his back and the shoes off his feet.

It was a tremendous moment. Great job by Matt Kemp. Prayers for the boy and his family.

Oh My. Now I'm stuck rooting for a dodger. Wonders will never cease.

Matt Kemp just became a big favorite of mine. The fact that someone wearing Dodger blue could do something to make me say that just shows you how awesome that gesture was. WELL DONE!

    100% class! Very cool story!

*maybe Bruce should take note. Maybe fans will forget he has 1 HR like Kemp
I know a lot of people are talking about his on-base percentage (.308 in 2008), but I like to think more in terms of him his in-scoring position percentage. - Our Beloved Manager

Well, Bruce does do stuff like this. Another really "good" guy in the game. There was a piece before one of the games where he paid for a field in the name of the scout that signed him and the next year passed away fro ma heart attack.

The last line of my post was sarcasm... I didn't mean to take away from the original post or how cool Kemp's actions were
