    5/19/13 Gapper v. Phillie Phanatic

    Per Fay:

    Reds lineup
    Choo,
    Cozart,
    Votto,
    Phillips,
    Bruce,
    Frazier,
    Paul,
    Hanigan,
    Bailey.

Also per Fay: after yesterday's win, Reds clinch a season series win against the Phils for the first time since 2003

Phillies had great run, but their core seemed to have gotten old/injured in a hurry.

I hope the REDs avoid the same fate when Phillips/Votto/Bruce get older.

If there is any non pitcher less suited to hit in the two slot Thant Cozart it's Izturis

I go back to the early BRM days, and I don't think I've ever seen a Reds player make hitting look as easy as Joey Votto does when he's on.
