I have no idea what the rule book says about that. I always thought a run couldn't score with two outs unless the batter reached first base safely.

After the first two batters made two outs on 7 pitches, anyone figure there would be 41 more pitches?

That's just on a force play which it would have been if the catcher had thrown to 1st. Even if Frazier managed to beat the tag, Buck would have still had to force Leake at 1st for the run to not count.

Creeper taking over the role of Thom criticizing players for not going deep into counts tonight.

I was just about to type, "the Reds need to put their foot on his throat here," and then Robinson swings at the first pitch.

I sneezed and missed 2 outs.
    Is it "next season" yet?

Nipped at first by a step? If by nipped you mean 5 yards, then yes, he was nipped at first.

"Nipped at first by a step." "Hit pretty good." Ol' Georgey Boy is the prince of baseball hyperbole.

A little take-charge emotion from Mesoraco. Nice.

Lutz almost got that by Davis.

    Where'd everybody go?
