Having Ondrusek warm up after pitching two days in a row is strong evidence that Marshall is not available. I still bring in Hoover to pitch to Ankile the way he had Latso measured all day. Hopefully, all water over the dam.

    Think about it.
    Funny stuff.

It's a known fact that BP has a tendency to hit into double plays a lot. He is always near the top, if not the leader for the Reds, in hitting into them. Right now he's tied with Frazier for the lead this year.

Life lesson: There is good and bad in life. The good - he knocked in the run. The bad - he has a tendency to hit into double plays.

In defense of me........I said "I hope good BP shows up".

    Agreed. You're a good man.

All of Marshall's problems due to the fact that he c an't read a calendar and realize that spring training went longer this year.

Note to George: You don't refer to Arodis Chapman as "the big guy" when Jonathan Broxton is on the team.

Yes, Our guys never give up. Frazier made contact and dunked it over the infield. But the Mets are still not very good.

A smiley of some sort after your post would have indicated to me that you weren't seriously wanting to harm Dusty. If someone had said something like that near me at a GABP, I would have reacted the same way not knowing if they were serious or not (and honestly, I have reacted to similar stuff in person). I really don't think you're a bad guy.

Thank goodness I leave to go home from work soon...LOL

By the way, that was a lousy decision by Dusty to pinch hit Frazier last inning.

Just saw the thread title. Shame it doesn't say "Metinee."

I've been impressed by Daniel Murphy. Good looking hitter.

Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner

A win, a sweep, AND an RZ group hug. Also, my daughter graduated from middle school today. Great day in the NYR household. My baby girl's a high schooler now. Ugh.

I tuned in late, but saw some very fine glove work, and the bust out 8th. Looks like more feast of the east by the Central. Keeps the heat on the Bucs, Cards.

Huh. I've never seen a player break a bat and get a replacement that's a different color.

There's been a whole lot of lumber flying around 3rd base today
