The Cubs surprisingly have allowed only 7 more runs than they've scored, so they might be just a little better than their record indicates. On the bright side, they're still the Cubs.

Hanigan's mom called Dusty, complained that he wasn't getting enough playing time, so Dusty changed the lineup. At least that's what I heard.

Feldman has an xFIP of 4.11, as he has a .236 BABIP this year.

DeJesus flied out to the track for the 1st out. Really good swing? Or wind blowing out? Or just flying tonight? Time will tell.

IF single for Castro. Cozart got to it deep in the hole, but couldn't get anything on the throw.

    Bottom of 1st:

Choo grounds out to short. 1 down.
Zack the hitting machine continues. Single back up the box. 5 game hit streak.
    Votto K's. 2 down.
Phillips up. Working on a 10 game hit streak. Grounds out to third. Long, strong throw by Valbuena.

    0-0 after 1.

I'm not suggesting that they give Cozart a stomach virus every few weeks, but he's sure been on fire ever since he came back
