I thought the first two weeks would carry through at least May.

Giving up an extra base hit to Darwin Barney deserves a beheading, if this was Game of Thrones.

Nah. Just one of those that don't translate well via written word. I could have stated it better.

You hold Simon just in case you go extras or blow it open. So basically Parra or Logan. Chapman, Broxton & LeCure were LAST options...Dusty said before the game that he didn't want to use ANY of them today unless he was absolutely forced to (not verbatim).
I wasn't aware of Dusty's pre-game statement. A little suprised by Lecure, but not suprised about the other two.

Rather than a high leverage situation, more accurately it was a meaningful situation. IMO Dusty has gone to Logan too often in meaningful situations lately. Logan is better off as a sixth inning type. Logan didn't make the team initially and now has 18 outings.

So, if it were me, I'd have used somebody else there. Hoover or Simon. (Not Parra until the lefties.)

You make a good point, it's no excuse that Logan blew up. But I wasn't happy to see him out there. Just my view, hopefully it all works out in the end.
