    What happened?
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.

It's called a suicide squeeze, and no one complains when it works.

Why didn't Votto puff out his chest and stare at the pitcher for 6 seconds there???
Rounding third and heading for home...

Cozart is hot. I don't know why you would have him bunt...

Dusty is enamored with the squeeze since it worked the other day.

But I agree, I wouldn't have gone there with Cozart. Zack has been hitting well lately, let him hit the fly ball.

Reds getting thrown out all over the bases, leaving men on. Now Votto Ks.

    Unreal.

And Votto strikes out. Still 3-1.

Not a fan of the suicide squeeze, like almost ever. Just swing, at the very least in this situation.

I thought the squeeze was a great call; just poor execution.
I may not be fast, but I sure am slow.

Well this is just getting silly now.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Yeah I know the squeeze worked recently, but they need to stop going to well on that.

I believe Votto is the only guy who's got thrown out on the bases tonight.

I think they've tried it twice this year.
