    Anything like Benihanas?

i know the one closed downtown. I loved that one. I just set up reservations for the one in tri county for tonight but havent heard many good things. Anyone been up to that one and no anything? Or is there another Japanese style restaurant where they cook in front of you around the area that anyone recommends?

I've been to the one in Tri-County once. Didn't have any issues, it was just as expected.

Geisha on the corner Tylersville and Cox Rd. in West Chester is good hibachi and not bad sushi.

I didn't care for the Benihana at Tri County. A little run down and the service was suspect.

Do you (or anyone else) remember when it used to be the Samurai? I loved that place.

It should be required for the chefs to do some tricks. I should have know something was up when the chef came and his name was Alex. Didn't do anything. Was absolutely boring. And it seems like its a Podunk place. Everyone had gift card type things and they ALL complained about how much they had to pay. And all they had to pay was the tip

At the Iron Chef the guys I saw were Japanese and they threw food into your open mouth(s) as well as throwing an egg into his hat. I don't know if that's what you had in mind but I thought I'd pass along that sort of detail

If they don't do the volcano, really no reason to go.

Benihana is just like a hibachi/sushi place, right?
