    Curtis Partch

Last ten games: 14 2/3/ 10 H / 4 ER/ 1HR /4W / 19K. Pretty solid numbers. Question for anybody who has seen him: is he close enough to help any this year?

I was going to ask the same question. What stands out to me is the improvement in command. K's are up and BB's are down significantly. Ratio has gone from 2:1 to over 3:1. Given that he is at a higher level against more selective hitters, that is impressive. Is he the next call up if a BP arm goes down?

Bump. It seems as though Partch injuried himself last night (8/8). No idea what the extent of the injury is. Probably is day-to-day, lasting until Opening Day 2015 or something.

Curtis Partch came on in the eighth, but only lasted two batters. After allowing singles to Matt Carson and Diaz, Partch left the game with an apparent injury.
Heads of state that ride and wrangle. That look at your face from more than one angle. Can cut you from their bloated budgets. Like sharpened knives through Chicken McNuggets.
