    I agree with Welsh. You keep with the plan. Chapman comes in. It doesn't have to do with the score, it has to do with how he's warmed up and how the pitchers minds are.

    But what if his inaction makes him ineffective? Lots of power in those 2-3-4 hitters coming up, but I think the decision has been made.
