    Best Burger

Which one of these franchise/signature burgers do you think is the best?
Im sure the one your dad makes on the grill or the one at your local mom and pop burger shop is the best, but out of these, which one do you like this most?

For value I say In N' Out burger. But I don't think people from the midwest have too much experience with them. 5 guys is overpriced in my opinion for a fast-food burger. Plus, I think they are a mess.

The best burger: I make my own on the grill.

    Re: Best Burger

I like 5 Guys because it tastes like a homemade burger. I haven't had In 'n Out, which I hear nothing but good things about.

Out of this list, In & Out barely edges out 5 Guys. Lots of burgers on that list that don't belong.

The fact that a Big Boy isn't listed means that I can't vote and that I hate this thread for eternity.

    Re: Best Burger

I always get an In and Out burger when I'm on the west coast.

I'm not a huge fan of 5 Guys. Too much grease.

The Whopper gets my vote followed by Wendys and Red Robin. At least used to, I don't do fast food any more.

Of course, my backyard burger is best. Ground chuck, salt and pepper, and a big thumbprint in the middle to keep the plumping down.

    Re: Best Burger

Of the burgers on that list, I'll take 5 Guys. Of course, I've only had In & Out once and it was four years ago so it's tough to compare. I do remember it being quite good, though.

The best burger I've had period is from Zip's.

Slater 50/50 burger is quite the experience.

    It's 50% beef and 50% bacon.

Of course, it should probably be your only meal of the day.

Otherwise In and Out and 5 Guys are pretty good.
