Reds have 40 fast, all because they have a terrible manager and a general manager who has no clue how to put a roster together.
figured this thread may need bump. With the way the A's beat up on us last night and the rangers coming up next we could 6-7 games out by the end of this stint.
The Reds have a challenging schedule for the rest of the season.
In fact... even some of the gimme teams aren't really gimme teams anymore. The Stros have been hot for this month (14-14) till last night, which was good enough to tie the rangers. Marlins have shown they can go on a tear for games at a time (crushed the Cards), and the Cubs even click once in a while with their bats finally giving their starting pitchers run support (although their BP is all but guaranteed to lose games for them)
