    That was a nice slider from Broxton to K Freese. That's a quality pitch when it's working but it's been inconsistent this season.

    BTW, I don't know if anyone else has this experience, but whenever I compliment players in the game thread, they promptly fail on the field. The opposite, I find, is also true. All this to say that I am not responsible for any unwarranted insults I might throw at players. It's for their own good.

    Give Broxton a month and none of us will remember this rough patch. I think he's got it figured out.
