I like watching the college baseball playoffs and it seems more games are televised now than ever before.
I am wondering if any of the Reds recent draft picks will have televised games coming up. Anyone know?
I'm assuming Samford (Ervin) isn't still playing, but maybe some of our later picks' teams are still alive?
I tried to do a little research on my own and it looks like maybe the following guys will have upcoming games:
13th rounder Evan Mitchell of Mississippi State. Looks like they play Virginia tonight at 7 PM in game 2 of the super regional. MSU won game 1, so they are one win away from making the World Series.
6th rounder Zach Weiss of UCLA (looks like they knocked out Lotenzen and Cal St. Fullerton yesterday). So I think UCLA is heading to the college World Series?
