I also use tickpic. Like StubHub. Usually find tickets cheaper there. The tickets are not instant download but on game day i get permission to download in 30 minutes.
Stub hub takes their tickets down 2 hours before game time.
I have bought tickpic an hour before game time.

I agree with everyone else on Stubhub. Used them countless times. I go there before I even check Reds.com. One time do to some glitch the tickets were not made available until the next day. i called them and they said it was a problem on their end. printed them the next morning. I feel they are 100% safe.
I've been to dinner at Jimmy Buffet's house, and I've eaten it at a homeless shelter. And there's great joy and harrowing terror to be found in both places.
