    Major flooding in Calgary

I know PuffyPig and Patrick Bateman live in Calgary, hope you guys are okay.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    Re: Major flooding in Calgary

Thanks for the thread. Funny enough I left for Chicago just before the flood. So at the moment I am definitely okay.

PP and my brother are both fine. My brother (poster Jay Bruce here) had to evacuate his apartment downtown. He is staying with PP as his house is in a non flooded area of town (barely).

I left my house, and it too is luckily non flooded.

We are the lucky ones. Lots of people are losing their houses in rural parts, and towns outside of Calgary. The Saddledome's first 20 rows are under water.

Very sad. Not sure what it will be like when I return on monday. At the moment, the reality hasn't set in for me.
