Re: 6/13/2013 Redlegs v. Cub paws

Is the game really boring or is everyone in a work coma like me?!

I have to head home from work now so hopefully the Reds have kept the lead when I'm able to check back in again later. Have a good night guys!
"I tried to play golf, but I found out I wasn't very good." -Joey Votto on his offseason hobby search

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

That was Cubtastic. Dropped flyball by Dejesus, Choo scores, Cozart out at second on force.

Castro error on easy groundball. BP loafing but safe at 1B

An eventful routine flyball out to left center. 5-3 onto the bottom of the 6th...

Does Votto still get a SacFly on the force out?

Stupid storms making me miss parts of the game. At least we're out of tornado warning for now.
    Is it "next season" yet?

Votto with the gift RBI. That was an ugly swing and an ugly inning.

I can recall similar Reds/Cubs games at Wrigley over the last few years. With the Reds, it's an outlier. With the Cubs, that seems to be the way they play.

Barney's defensive value was off the charts last year, but he really can't hit.

It would be interesting if somebody got him and played him at SS.
