Where is the offspeed and breaking stuff from Lecure? He's throwing all 88 mph fastballs. He threw one offspeed pitch. Ugh. Come on.

Ain't this the truth. It's pretty remarkable the record this team has given how inconsistent this pen has been.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

    LeCure not fooling anybody.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Nobody on this team can pitch the 8th inning.

Terrible pitching by Lecure. 0-2. Threw him apparently a fastball right over the plate.

    Now two men on.

Sam is in a pitching slump, get him out of there.

Hard to sweep four on the road, but terrible pitching by Sam.

Choo seems to make most of his catches (and non-catches) down on the ground.

It's funny listening to Thom. "This inning is Lecure's as nobody is warming up in the bullpen".

Might as well say "why in the hell isn't anyone warming up in the bullpen, what is Dusty thinking?"

If we can't get Darwin Barney out, we don't deserve to win this game.

Sam is very tough with his breaking pitches. He has a couple of them.

Why he throws fastballs is beyond me.

Yup, we don't deserve to win this win.
