Pedro Diaz celebrated his return to the bullpen by giving up four runs on five hits and a walk in only .2 innings. Ben Klimesh allowed a run in his two innings of work.

    Dayton trails now 7-2.

Daniel Pigott has singled, doubled and scored both Dayton runs. Mejias-Brean has two hits as does Joe Hudson.

Jesse Winker is sitting for the second straight game. He was in a 1-14 slump.

Tim Crabbe is on the mound tonight for Pensacola and is dealing big-time, dudes. With two outs in the seventh he has given up just two hits. The one run came on a solo blast. He hasn't walked anyone and struck out three.

Two hits for LaMarre, Mattair and Chang. One of Chang's left the park. He is now hitting .415 at Pensacola. LaMarre scored the other Wahoo run, being driven in by a Tucker Barnhart single.

    Pensacola leads 2-1.

Dayton picks up a run in the ninth, but drops the game 7-3. Both teams had 12 hits, but Dayton also had 2 errors.

And then there was the eighth. And the bullpen. Wahoos lose, 5-2.

    Crabbe's line: 7.1 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 4 K.

As noted above, the Dragons score in the ninth but come up four runs shy, dropping a 7-3 decision.

Seth Mejias-Brean garnered his third hit of the game. He is en fuego during the month of June. .395/.458/.558/1.016. Junior Arias finished the game 2-4.

DSL Twins trash the DSL Reds by a score of 9-1.

Luis Gonzalez (the pitcher) went 3.1 innings, allowing just one hit, walking one and striking out three.
Joyce Hernandez went 3.1 innings as well. He did not allow a hit and walked just one batter but still managed to allow a run somehow. He fanned four.

Jose Siri had two more hits yesterday, including a triple. It was his fourth triple in 10 games. His early-season line: .316/.395/.789/1.185.

The DSL Rojos fell 9-5 to the DLS Nationals. Six unearned runs in the last two innings turned a close game into a rout. DSL Reds made six errors. Yes, things got a little sloppy as the three hits turned into seven runs.

    Israel Cuevas had an effective start. 6.0IP 9H 2R 2ER 1BB 4K.

Francis Azcona (.323) singled and tripled. He scored once and drove in two.
Maikel Lopez singled twice, scoring a run and driving one home.
