I never hear anything much about this player, but it seems to me the Reds org must really like his play at SS. He starts every game there, is never moved around, and is age appropriate for his level - 21 at A+. His left handed bat should allow him to retain value as he moves up, as he OPS's about .720 vs RHP.
For those who've seen him play, particularly in Dayton all last year, what's his story? Future?
He hits the ball hard. Line drive power. Above average defensive range. Strong arm. Hard nosed and works hard too.
I think he's a future MLB'er.
Attended 1976 World Series in my Mother's Womb. Attended 1990 World Series Game 2 as a 13 year old. Want to take my son to a a World Series Game in Cincinnati in my lifetime.
