Turn about is fair play on those GABP specials.
Yes that was a very impressive infield single. I thought for a second it was leaving the yard. - texasdave 10/13/12

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Frankly, the Brewers were unwise to pitch to Bruce there. Pitch around him, let Frazier beat you against the righty.

I mean, are you watching. Did Arroyo look ready to go further to you?
I think he was pulled at exactly the right time. And not just because it worked. But because he had been rolling along and I trust him to work under pressure more than I would trust Manny Parra coming in against any good hitter in a jam.

    That's fair. Parra isn't a great choice.

    Great point.

That home run was great, opposite field and a GABP homer.

I hope this propels Bruce into yet another unconscious groove

btw it was only 2.1 innings of work, but the bullpen didn't give up a single hit.
