I put even money on the Marlins beating the Cards today. It's a wild one.

In the history of the baseball no team has ever scored 7 runs in three innings.

Have barely seen his power this year. He is not hitting too many 2B and 2 of his 6 homers were in one game. Not his fault he should hit 8th though so I am picking on the wrong person.

Well then -- I guess the Reds should try for 8

After this Brewers series, we have 16 straight games against above .500 teams. We get 4 with PIT here, 3 with ARI in AZ, 2 with OAK in Oak, 3 with TEX in Tex, and 4 with SF here.
Our hitters haven't done much the past few days against the Cubs and Brewers. If they don't wake up, it could be a looooooong 16 game stretch.

It figures that today Gallardo would start pitching. Where has that been all season long?

And now Hanigan gets one for first and second.

Oh, and it's the 7th, announcer, not the 8th.

    That should do it.

Great idea to save Mesoraco in case Hanigan gets injured in the next inning.

Lutz K's -- maybe Heisey should be on my roster wish list

I think Lutz has a future. But he needs to be playing every day in AAA.
