So I guess we are rooting for Pittsburgh, right?
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

For one game. Then the Cards. Then Pittsburgh. Then a reds' sweep.

I think we root against whichever team is in first place. Reds gain the most ground that way. Just my view.

That's what I'm saying. I think. The bucs are a half game back of the cards, so first game you root for the bucs, then back, then forth, etc.

Pitt / St. Loo has started -- Pitt Catcher McHenry has been DL'd

Cards go down easy in the top of the 1st

Pirates are a game and half back so we can root for them for 2 games.

a walk & a hbp pitch that even Choo might have been embarrassed to take and Pitt has the first two before a base hit scores one -- now 2 on - 1 in and no outs off of Westbrook

Lol. Westbrook has some real mental issues when it comes to PNC. He looks defeated already.

one out double -- Westbrook could wreck their bullpen with a DH coming on Tuesday

Lol... I think this game adds a new sense of urgency and adds price. Carlos Martinez wouldn't be bad, but if they have to toss in Wong as well.... That would be bad for the Cards. Maybe they can dump Freese?
