I think it will be earlier. They have guys so over performing right now in that bullpen...it's either the biggest mirage in a long while or one of the greatest career years ever.

Miggy already with 4 hits (2 bombs) tonight. That guy is a freak. Some MLB pitcher said the other day "He's too good for this league and needs to be called up".

That was Jon Lester, he also called the pitch he hit a HR off him was the best change up he'd ever thrown in his life.

Yes. Thank you. That's one of the best compliments I've ever heard player to player.

Stephen Vogt with his first MLB hit off of Joe Kelly... a solo home run.

    A's up 6-0 in the 4th.

Don't this suck!! The reds played their best baseball of the season since this latest slump. They couldn't gain a game on the Cards b/c they couldn't lose. Now that the pirates are hot the cards can't win. That sucks!!

Law of averages had the Cards coming back to earth, but Reds aren't taking advantage.

That law of averages would seemingly have an appointment with the Pirates as well sometime soon.

Why not? They are keeping pace with them. The bad thing would be if the Reds were in this slump and the Cards were distancing themselves from us. The Pirates still have not proven worthy of serious consideration. They need to keep it up for an entire season before they get that respect---just like the '10 Reds.

Pirates trail 1-0 in the third. Yay!

Cards post a three-spot in the top of the first. A's work Westbrook over for two in the home half of the inning. 3-2 after one.
