    Walk-off HR for D-backs.
Rounding third and heading for home...

Thank you D-Backs! (Rooting for the Royals to get that WC spot - need the Orioles and Rays to lose) If the Reds lose I'll have to root the other way but as long as they can keep pace ahead....my million to one long shot dream = Royals/Reds World Series.

Just saw the video and the way the umpire acted was inexcusable. Its time MLB reigns in the umps.

Pirates@Cards getting started....kind of a conundrum as to what is best for the Reds. I have to agree that as long as there is no sweep, it matters little.

However, if there IS a sweep....?

Cards likely to win this 1st game since Waino has drawn a blank in his last 3 or 4 starts. Stuck at the unlucky 13 wins.

Good start in St. Louis. Any sane Reds' fan needs to pray for a Cardinals' collapse.

Most 'sane' fans don't view the Cardinals as indestructible and unbeatable as some persistently negative folks do.

They took 2 out of 3. It wasn't nearly the disaster as it was made out to be.

I haven't seen the Reds so thoroughly dominated since before the tenure of Jocketty. Keep rooting for the Cards if it makes you happy.

And yet they have only three other wins in the last three weeks.

    mercer with a hr...

    3-0

the way st. louis plays lately, I would rather see them win against the pirates because I doubt that the cardinals will win the division if they play the way they have
