    MLB Players' at-bat music

Here's a fun website that compiles all MLB players' at-bat music.

    Enjoy!

What I take from this: good thing ball players don't make it based on their musical taste.

Bronson Arroyo especially, for a guy who is supposedly also a musician. Shinedown? Really guy?

Former lefty submariner Mike Myers using the Halloween theme will always be the best to me, especially when he would enter the game in a chilly fall night.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Can't argue with Votto's choice. The Stones' Paint it Black is one of my all-time faves.

    Other points of interest:
Darren O'Day apparently really, really likes the Black Keys

    lol@ Prince Fielder having Mozart

Chris Getz has the theme song from RBI Baseball, which, holy crap that's awesome.

Good to see Imagine Dragons, one of my new favorites, showing up on a few players' lists. Disturbed that Jay Bruce is using Thriftshop, every middle schooler's favorite song.

    Then there's this:

Aaron Cook P Carly Rae Jepsen Call Me Maybe

Maybe his kids like it or something. Otherwise, this is just wrong.

Great song, a little depressing though. I haven't heard of most of the other player's songs, but I listened to a few on Youtube, pretty awful.

I thought it was amusing BP has like six songs.

That list is not entirely accurate for some of the Reds players, most notably Phillips. I also noticed they had old songs for Bruce, Choo, Hoover, and didn't have Lutz at all. I assume that list was made at the beginning of the year. Jamie Ramsey posts updated lists about once or twice a month.

Salty's Rock Me Amadeus is pretty funny.

Parra's choice of "Jump Around" makes me like him just a little more.

Jayson Werth's, Werewolves of London, is the most appropriate. I got a kick out of that when I heard that one as his walk up music earlier this season.
